Kevin Jackson

Kevin Jackson is Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer of Delta Dental of California and its enterprise affiliates including Delta Dental Insurance Company, Delta Dental of New York, Inc., Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, which operate in 15 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Kevin leads revenue generation encompassing Sales and Marketing, Business and Product Development, Network Development and Customer Experience to drive Delta Dental’s continued growth and strategic transformation through the advancement of the organization’s core business, diversification of its services and product offerings and new market expansion.

Kevin joined Delta Dental in 1986 and has built considerable experience and expertise in employee benefits during his tenure as a contributor and leader of the organization’s Underwriting, Actuarial, Sales and Marketing functions. In 2017, Kevin was named Senior Vice President of Strategy with responsibility for leading strategic planning and business development, partnerships and identifying new market growth opportunities for Delta Dental. Prior to that, he served for 10 years as Group Vice President and Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Actuarial.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
