Michael Dunbar is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in application development and management across various health insurance organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Development at Delta Dental of California since May 2018, Michael has previously held critical roles at Blue Shield of California as a Technical Solutions Engineer, at Health Republic Insurance of New York as Director of Application Development, and at Affinity Health Plan in multiple technical capacities. Michael's expertise includes leading large-scale projects, providing customer-centric IT solutions, and driving operational efficiencies. With a solid foundation in software development, Michael began a career at Progressive Insurance and holds a B.A. in Business Administration Management with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Kent State University.
