Richard Lindsay

Richard Lindsay has extensive experience in call center and customer service management, currently serving as Call Center Operations Manager at Delta Dental Ins. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was with The Hartford from January 2007 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing customer contact center operations in multiple locations and managing a team of six leaders and a staff of 70. Earlier in Richard's career, a position as Customer Service Manager at Larson-Juhl was held from January 2005 to January 2007. Richard holds a degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury.
