Tamara Thompson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over 20 years of experience in the field. Since October 2017, Tamara has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Partner at Delta Dental Ins., where the focus is on building trust and providing exceptional service. Previously, from August 2003 to September 2017, Tamara held various roles at ADP, including Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Sr. Recruiter, and SBS District Manager. Tamara received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Azusa Pacific University between 1999 and 2003.
