Tim Freeman

Tim Freeman, CIA, is a seasoned internal auditor with extensive experience in the auditing and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Internal Auditor at Delta Dental Ins., Tim oversees operational audits and Model Audit Rule projects while utilizing data analytics to enhance compliance and accuracy within the Provider Directory. Previous roles include Auditor and Associate Auditor at Vizient, Inc., where Tim conducted enterprise-wide risk assessments and integrated data analytics tools, and Assistant Controller at Robert Heath Trucking, focusing on accounting department operations and balance sheet audits. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Sonoma State University.
