Wayne Jones

Wayne Jones is a results-oriented project manager with extensive experience in onboarding and operations within the insurance and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Onboarding and Operations at Delta Dental Insurance since March 2019, Wayne leads initiatives for client onboarding and implementation. Prior experience at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from April 2008 to September 2018 includes roles as Associate Director of Implementation Success Management, where Wayne led a team of program managers and achieved exceptional performance metrics, and as Manager of Order Management/CPE, overseeing a significant team to enhance complex network solutions delivery. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix.
