Chasey Golden

Chasey Golden has extensive experience in the dental insurance industry, having been with Delta Dental of Arkansas since August 1994 and currently serving as Director of the Call Center. Chasey has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Provider Service Call Center and Manager of Benefit Coding & Administration and Quality Assurance, contributing to the establishment of new groups in the system. Previously, Chasey was promoted to Senior Account Manager in Marketing, acquiring an insurance license and managing groups with over 500 subscribers. Earlier roles include Insurance Coordinator at Little Rock Family Dental and various positions at Delta Dental of Arkansas, such as Call Center Team Lead and within the Claims/Coordination of Benefits Department.
