Todd Craven

Todd Craven is a seasoned Technical Writer with extensive experience in the fields of publication management and education. Currently at Delta Dental of Arkansas since September 2014, Todd utilizes expertise in technical writing to create and maintain company manuals. Prior roles include Manager of Publications at Air Transport International, where Todd oversaw the Publications department and developed training materials, as well as positions as Supervisor of Publications and Technical Writer, focusing on electronic manual conversions and content creation. Todd began a career in education as an English Teacher at England High School and Southwest R5 High School, where responsibilities included curriculum development, student evaluation, and overseeing student publications. Todd holds an M.A. in Teaching/Education and a B.A. in English, both from the University of Arkansas.
