Ann Block

Ann Block has extensive experience in leadership and human capital consulting, currently serving on multiple boards including Ensemble Innovation Ventures and the Women's Leadership Foundation, where the mission focuses on promoting women's leadership in corporate and non-profit sectors. As an Independent Human Capital Consultant at AEB Consulting, LLC since 2011, Ann Block integrates workforce solutions with business strategies. Additionally, Ann Block is a Board Member at Delta Dental of Colorado, participating in several committees such as Governance and Strategic Planning. Previously, Ann Block held the position of Senior Vice President of People at Frontier Airlines from 1999 to 2010, overseeing all HR functions and corporate communications.
