Irina Nekhenzon

Irina Nekhenzon, M.B.A., RDH, NAC, currently serves as the Health Policy Manager and Keyspring System Analyst at Delta Dental of Colorado, where responsibilities include configuring the HealthRules Payor system, maintaining benefit plan components, and educating stakeholders on policy updates. Additionally, Irina holds the position of Adjunct Instructor for the Dental Hygiene BAS program at the Community College of Denver. Previous experience includes working as an RDH at Drs. McClain & Schallhorn and as a Hygienist at Dentrust. Irina holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Administration from Colorado State University.
