Heather A. Brown Rdh, Mph

Heather A. Brown RDH, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Heather began their career in the United States Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller from 1988 to 1994. Following that, they worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at various dental clinics and educational institutions, including Dr. Jeffrey Saltz, Bedford Dental Care, and the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene/MCPHS University.

In 2012, Heather joined Northeast Delta Dental as a Manager, where they played an instrumental role in developing and executing oral health programs in the community. Heather also contributed to research studies and authored articles on oral health initiatives for publications and scientific journals. After leaving Northeast Delta Dental in 2016, they held a position as a Manager of Client Engagement at PreViser Corp. Their responsibilities in this role involved building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing scientific and technical training to dental professionals.

From 2017 to present, Heather has been working at Delta Dental of Idaho. Heather started as an Oral Health Improvement Manager and later transitioned to become the Director of Oral Health & Community Outreach. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing and implementing oral health programs, forming strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful integration of oral and systemic health initiatives.

In addition to their professional roles, Heather also served as a Project Manager/Independent Contractor at the Healthy New Hampshire Foundation from 2013 to 2015. Heather has a Master's in Public Health (MPH) and is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

Heather A. Brown RDH, MPH has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician, which they obtained from the Community College of the Air Force from 1989 to 1992. Heather also holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from the University of New England, although the exact dates are not specified.
