Steve Soyke has over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily in sales and account management roles. Currently serving as Small Business Sales Manager at Delta Dental of Illinois since July 2008, Steve focuses on developing relationships with insurance brokers, general agents, and employee benefits consultants to deliver competitive dental insurance products. Prior roles at Delta Dental include Sales Executive, Account Manager, and Operations Specialist, where responsibilities ranged from managing customer accounts to supporting technical inquiries. Earlier experience at John Deere Health as an Account Executive involved relationship building with independent insurance brokers and clients, alongside promoting product awareness. Steve holds a degree from Western Illinois University.
