Brian Harryman is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing high-volume customer service environments. Currently serving as Operations Technical Supervisor at Delta Dental of Iowa since November 2016, Brian is responsible for leading day-to-day operations in a multi-functional call center, mentoring peer leaders, and managing telecom and CCaaS systems. Prior roles at Delta Dental included supervising member and provider services and leading teams of customer service representatives. Brian’s earlier experience includes managing operations at Nevada Computer Center, sales and account management at IBEV, and a team lead position at Wells Fargo Bank. Education includes ongoing studies at Des Moines Area Community College, following graduation from Valley High School.
