Jennifer Bauer has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jennifer started their career as an Associate Attorney at Ward Law Offices, LLC in December 2013 and worked there until May 2015. In May 2015, they joined Delta Dental of Kansas as the General Counsel. Jennifer held this position until February 2020 when they became the Interim CEO and General Counsel. In July 2020, Jennifer was promoted to the role of Chief People and Strategy Officer, while still serving as the General Counsel at Delta Dental of Kansas.
Jennifer Bauer attended The University of Kansas from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Biology. Jennifer then pursued further education at Washburn University School of Law from 2000 to 2003, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
