Mary Jo Thierry Pmp

Mary Jo Thierry, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and technical training. As a Process Improvement Leader at Delta Dental of Missouri, Mary Jo focuses on building a culture of innovation and managing process improvement projects, collaborating closely with the Operations leadership team. Prior roles include serving as a Project Manager, where project development and communication were key responsibilities, and as a Technical Trainer at Saint Louis University Workforce Center. Mary Jo has a strong background in implementing quality management systems and leading successful projects at Wexford Labs, as well as teaching various web design and programming courses at Washington University and the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
