Robin Serwatka

Robin Serwatka, CEBS, currently serves as a Senior Account Manager at Delta Dental of Ohio, having joined the company in June 2022. With a rich experience in account management and client relations, Robin previously worked as an Account Executive at USI Insurance Services from August 2016 to June 2022, overseeing a complex book of business while leading a 12-member team. Prior to that, Robin was an Account Manager at Gallagher Benefit Services from 2007 to 2016, managing group benefits for over 90 businesses. Robin's career began at Sargent's Personnel Agency, Inc., first as a Marketing Representative and then as a Licensed Personnel Counselor. Robin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix and completed the LEAD Institute program with Leadership Medina County in 2022.
