Wendy Szczotka

Wendy Szczotka has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service and claims processing, particularly in the dental and medical fields. Currently, Wendy serves as a Medical Collector at North American Credit Services, Inc. since July 2020 and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Delta Dental of Tennessee since March 2022. Previous roles include Front Office Coordinator at Meridian Hearing and Claims Processor at Jackson National. Wendy’s career in the dental industry began at Delta Dental of Michigan, where employment lasted from July 1988 to July 2005 as a Claims Customer Service Representative. Wendy holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Dental Assisting/Assistant from Mott Community College.
