Lauren Stoughton is a seasoned professional in community impact and communications, currently serving as the Community Impact Manager at Delta Dental of Virginia since May 2016. In this role, Lauren leads the Foundation's School-Based Oral Health Program, manages significant grant processes, and develops strategic communications across various platforms. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Specialist and Communications and Strategy Analyst, where skills in intranet content management, event planning, and DEI initiatives were honed. Lauren's career also encompasses a background in accounting and administrative assistance, complemented by teaching ceramics. Educational qualifications include a BFA in Fine and Studio Arts from James Madison University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Virginia Western Community College.
