Maurice Pearson

Maurice Pearson currently serves as the Manager of Player & Legend Relations for the Detroit Lions, a role held since May 2018, after previously working as a Security Assistant. Maurice has extensive experience in security and management, having worked as a Security Supervisor for S.A.F.E. Management, and as a Senior Team Leader at Target where responsibilities included overseeing store operations. In the hospitality sector, Maurice has held various managerial roles at the Detroit Troy Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, encompassing loss prevention, housekeeping management, and front desk operations. Maurice's career began in the United States Army as a Specialist, where notable service included receiving multiple awards for defense of the nation. Educationally, Maurice earned both a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from Walden University, as well as a certification in Computer Information Systems from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
