Lottie Schottmiller

Lottie Schottmiller has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lottie has served as the Director of Human Resources at Delta Dental of Virginia since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Virginia Premier from January 2013 to October 2019. Lottie also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Medical Facilities of America from October 2011 to January 2013. Lottie started their career at Carilion Clinic, where they held several positions including Human Resources Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator, and Human Resources Intern from September 2007 to October 2011.

Lottie Schottmiller's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Roanoke College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Lottie then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Development at Villanova University from 2010 to 2012.

In 2022, Lottie attended The Wharton School for a program focused on Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). Although they did not pursue a specific degree, they gained expertise in this field of study during their time at The Wharton School, which concluded in 2023.
