Brad Berg

Brad Berg possesses extensive experience in finance and operations within various industries. Currently serving as SVP & Chief Administrative Officer at Delta Dental of Washington since March 2012, Brad previously held the position of Principal - Accounting & Assurance at Bader Martin, P.S. from January 2009 to December 2011. Brad has also served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple companies, including Electronic Evidence Discovery, AdmitOne Security, Pet's Choice, and Loudeye, all of which were sold during their tenure. Other notable roles include Chief Financial Officer at Redhook Ale Brewery, where Brad managed an IPO in 1995, and Chief Accounting Officer, VP & Controller at Burlington Resources. The foundation of Brad's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Partner. Brad holds a BA in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa and has pursued further education through Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, completing a Corporate Governance Program in November 2023.
