Christopher Berner

Christopher Berner is an experienced Facilities Manager at Delta Dental of Washington since April 2018 and a member of 509 Ventures, LLC, a general contractor and real estate investment company in Spokane since December 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Off-site Manager and Managing Director at AOAO Island Colony, where responsibilities included training and leadership for a large condominium hotel in Hawaii. Christopher also held positions as General Manager for AOAO Hawaiian Monarch and Principle Hotels and Resorts, where significant operational improvements and IT implementations were achieved. Earlier roles include Project Manager for Ai Hotels and Senior Security Supervisor at Centurion Security Systems, along with military service in the U.S. Army as a Cannon Fire Direction Specialist. Christopher holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network Administration from Kaplan College.
