Phillip J. Neal M.s.

Phillip J. Neal, M.S., CAPM, is an experienced engagement manager currently employed at Delta Dental of Washington since April 2022. Prior roles include serving as the internal communications manager at Swedish from August 2020 to April 2022 and holding various positions at World Vision from February 2010 to August 2020, including senior manager of internal communications and national director of marketing communications. Phillip also contributed to Green River Community College as the director of communications and marketing from September 2006 to February 2010 and gained experience as an intern strategist with MAIP in 2005. Phillip obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Washington State University in 2005 and a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Information Technology from WGU Washington in 2020.
