Cassi Suenkel

Cassi Suenkel has extensive experience in customer experience and operations management, having worked at Delta Dental of Wisconsin since June 2014, where roles have included Manager of Customer Experience in both Operations and Claims, as well as Supervisor and Benefit Advisor in the same department. Prior to this, Cassi held the position of Telecommunications Operator at Ministry Health Care - St. Joseph's from August 2013 to June 2014, and served as a Bank Teller at Paper City Savings Association from June 2008 to November 2013. Educational achievements include a degree in Business Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from Mid-State Technical College, completed between 2017 and 2019, alongside a degree in Cosmetology.
