In 2016, they transitioned to Delta Dental Ins. as Vice President of Enterprise Contact Centers, where they led all enterprise contact center operations functions. Earl then held roles such as Vice President Customer Operations and Senior Vice President Operations, before becoming the Executive Vice President in 2024.
