Janeen Ansell

Janeen Ansell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and call center management. Currently serving as Customer Operations Manager and previously as Customer Service Manager at Delta Dental Ins. since November 2020, Janeen has a demonstrated history of leadership in enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Janeen was the Director of Call Center Operations at TeleDirect Communications from August 2015 to September 2020, overseeing strategic planning and implementation for call center operations. Janeen's earlier career at Sprint spanned 18 years, where responsibilities included managing customer service, technical support, and operations, as well as serving as Senior Supervisor in Workforce Management, ensuring effective staffing and performance management in high-volume call centers. Janeen holds an Associate of Science degree in Math and Science from Sacramento City College.
