Jeff Eng

Jeff Eng has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff is currently the Director of Legal Operations & Shared Services at Delta Dental Ins. Jeff previously worked at Blue Shield of California from 2012 to 2019, serving as the Principal Enterprise Architect. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise architecture blueprints and conducted proof of concept trials. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Systems Architect at WestEd from 2011 to 2012, where they provided technology leadership and implemented the Google Apps Collaboration Platform. Jeff also worked at Wells Fargo as a Project Management Consultant from 2009 to 2010, overseeing complex enterprise-wide projects. Jeff was the Director of IT at Charles Schwab from 1998 to 2009, managing a team responsible for meeting technology support needs. Jeff began their career as a Consulting Manager at San Francisco Consulting Group and later joined KPMG Consulting, where they led the delivery of large-scale technical systems. Jeff started their professional journey as a Consultant at Accenture.

Jeff Eng received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989. Jeff also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the UC Berkeley College of Engineering during the same period. In 2013, they obtained certification in TOGAF 9.0 from The Open Group.
