Katrina Young

Katrina Young's work experience includes a role as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Delta Dental Ins. from March 2019 to present. In this position, they were responsible for planning and executing Oracle Cloud ERP, developing enterprise streamlining strategies, and ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements. Katrina also held the role of Manager of Financial Reporting at Delta Dental Ins. from September 2008 to March 2019, where they managed reporting and regulatory requirements, coached staff members, and prepared financial reports. In addition, Katrina served as the Board President and Chair at Vista Autism Services from January 2022 to present, leading strategic planning and providing guidance on financial planning and strategies. Katrina also held the role of Board Member - Treasurer at Latino Hispanic American Community Center from March 2010 to March 2015, reviewing financial data and assisting with fundraising efforts. Prior to these positions, Katrina worked as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2001 to September 2008, where they managed audits and reviewed internal controls over financial reporting.

Katrina Young completed their BA in International Studies at York College of Pennsylvania from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business at Penn State University from 1999 to 2000.
