Kenzie Ferguson

Kenzie Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. They served as the Vice President of the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility at Delta Dental Ins., where they developed and implemented a CSR strategy aligned with the company's priorities. They also worked at the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region as an Advisory Board Member, leading fundraising efforts and providing strategic guidance. Additionally, Kenzie served as a Board Member at the Delta Dental Institute, advocating for equitable access to oral health care. They held a leadership role at TE Connectivity, overseeing corporate responsibility initiatives and managing a team of professionals.

Kenzie Ferguson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nyenrode Business University. Currently, Kenzie is attending The International School of Management (ISM) to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Business, which will be completed in 2025.
