Michael Manowski possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and application development across various industries. Currently serving as the CTO and SVP of Application Development at Delta Dental Ins., Michael specializes in providing innovative software solutions for multiple stakeholders while driving organizational transformation through engineering best practices. Previous roles include SVP Engineering at Bank of the West, where Michael oversaw technology delivery for Consumer Banking and Wealth Management, and SVP Engineering at Visa, leading emerging mobile payment solutions. Additional experience includes revitalizing engineering teams and launching commercial software at Modius, establishing eFORCE Europe LTD, and various significant contributions to major banking platforms at ITS Solutions and FIS. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
