Rick Rossi is currently the Senior Vice President at Delta Development Group. Prior to their current position, Rick worked as an IT and Management Consultant at the PA Governors Office of Administration. Before that, Rick served as the Chief of Staff and Campaign Manager for Congressman Phil English. Rick earned a BA in Political Science and Business from Kent State University and obtained an MBA in Finance and Management from Penn State University.
