Ray Kao serves as the Regional Director of Strategic Alliance at Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania, focusing on Global Business Operations and green initiatives since July 2024. Previously, Ray was the General Manager at Dun & Bradstreet from November 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading media exposure initiatives and enhancing ESG solutions within the local ecosystem. From April 2011 to November 2023, Ray headed Sales and Operation at Tata Consultancy Services in Taiwan, overseeing business development and operations. Prior to that, Ray was a Territory Leader and Client Partner at IBM from February 2000 to April 2011, developing IT demand through executive relationships. Ray holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has education from National Chengchi University.
