Tiffany Chang

Tiffany Chang is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Learning and Development Senior Specialist at Delta Electronics since November 2023. Previously, Tiffany held roles as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Deloitte Consulting in early 2022 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Fresenius Kabi Taiwan from May 2020 to December 2021. Tiffany's career began with an internship in Human Resources Talent Development at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. in the summer of 2019. Academically, Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Edinburgh (2022-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Taiwan University (2015-2020), along with studies at The University of British Columbia (2019-2020).
