Tuula Tikkanen

Tuula Tikkanen is currently the HR Manager at Delta Energy Systems (Finland) Oy, where they coordinate personnel operations across Finland, Sweden, Poland, and Russia & CIS as part of the Delta EMEA HR community. From 1991 to 2003, they served as Manager of HR & Administration at Ascom Energy Systems, overseeing administration, travel management, and management assistance. Prior to that, Tuula worked at Fiskars Power Systems from 1982 to 1991, holding various roles including Department Secretary and Export Assistant involved in sales and marketing administration. Tuula has completed the Financial Manager Examination Program at the Institute of Marketing in Helsinki, and graduated as a Business School Graduate from Espoo Commercial College.
