Holly Childs, MBA, PMP has over 25 years of experience in the field of project management. In 2020, they began their current role as Vice President of Project Management at Delta Energy & Communications, Inc. Previously, they were Senior Manager / Project Manager / HCM & Testing CoE and Project Manager & Manager of HCM, Testing & Training CoE at Utegration LLC from 2014-2020, where they were responsible for implementing SAP projects for the utilities industry and running the project from the project charter to the go-live and post go-live support. Holly was also Client Services Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Inc. from 2013-2014, SAP Manager at NRG Energy (Previously GenOn Energy) from 2011-2013, and Senior SAP HR Benefits & Payroll Business Analyst at Hewitt Associates from 2009-2011. Holly began their career in 1995 as Human Resources Information Systems Manager and Lead Analyst/ABAP Developer at Baylor College of Medicine, where they were in charge of analyzing and determining technical changes to SAP configuration and programming objects by working with clients and Hewitt operations team.

Holly Childs holds an M.B.A. from Houston Christian University, where they studied Information Technology. Holly also holds a B.S. from the University of Houston-Downtown, where they studied Business Computer Information Systems. Additionally, in March 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
