Jelmer Hoogendoorn

Jelmer Hoogendoorn is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent firms. Currently serving as Investment Director at DELTA Equity Partners since June 2022, Hoogendoorn previously held the position of Investment Manager at Value Enhancement Partners for four years. Prior experience includes Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where significant projects were executed, and roles at 3i Group plc and Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), focusing on corporate strategy and implementation with remarkable outcomes. Educational qualifications include an MBA from IMD and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente.
