Niels van Aalten

Niels van Aalten is a Partner at DELTA Equity Partners since September 2021, focusing on investments in growing SME companies within the Technology and Health sectors. Previously, Niels served on the Supervisory Board for Intercept, was a Board Observer for Quantib, and held various supervisory roles at Eshgro and Relay42 from 2015 to 2021. Niels was also a Partner at Holland Capital from 2014 to 2021 and Managing Director at Plataan Investments from 2009 to 2014, advising investors and business owners. Niels began a career at ING from 2001 to 2009, where several international management positions were held, culminating in a role involving the merger and integration of ING Bank and Postbank. Niels holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Marketing from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a Master’s Degree in corporate and business law from Utrecht University.
