Heather Caruso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leveraging technology to enhance business operations, particularly in the area of product lifecycle management and order to cash processes. At Delta Faucet Company since February 2016, Heather has held various leadership roles, including Business Solutions Manager for Product Lifecycle Management and Order To Cash, where responsibilities included aligning technology with strategic initiatives and overseeing solution architecture and delivery. Prior to Delta Faucet Company, Heather served as a V&C Business Integrator at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on SAP order to cash processes, and as an SAP Consultant/Project Manager at Information Systems Experts, where leadership in resource management and solution delivery was key.
