Jen Pascarella

Jen (Osborne) Pascarella is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in event coordination and trade experience marketing. Currently serving as Director of Trade Experience Marketing at Delta Faucet Company since June 2016, Jen previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Sysco from July 2004 to June 2016, leading a team and managing a significant marketing budget to drive profitability and enhance brand imaging. With a background as an Event Coordinator at both Sysco and MCS Event Coordinators, Jen has successfully planned numerous high-profile events and developed marketing strategies across various platforms. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis.
