Donna Hawes

Donna Hawes has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Product Support and Risk Manager at Delta Faucet Company since August 2004, after holding the position of Senior Quality Manager. Prior to Delta Faucet, Donna worked at Guide Corporation from January 1998 to August 2004 as Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer. Donna began a professional career at Delphi, where responsibilities included roles as Product Engineer and Industrial Engineer from May 1989 to January 1998. Academically, Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
