Achinoam Salomon

Achinoam Salomon, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present.

Achinoam is currently serving as the VP Global Total Rewards at Delta Galil Industries, a position they started in March 2023.

Prior to that, they worked at WSP, where they held the role of Head of Commercial for the Red Line PMC, Tel Aviv Light Rail project. Their responsibilities included managing the project's financials, monthly reporting, and annual budget process, among others. Achinoam was with WSP from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining WSP, Achinoam was the Head of Commercial at Siemens Energy's Sugat Power Plant, a role they held from 2014 to 2021.

Achinoam also has experience working at Amdocs, where they held two positions. First, as the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager from 2013 to 2014, where they managed incentive plans for executive populations and prepared forecasts of incentive plans' costs. Second, as the Global FP&A Manager, Corporate Economics, Finance Division from 2011 to 2012, where they managed the company's expenses budget and staff planning.

Achinoam's earlier experience includes roles at Alvarion Ltd., Mercury Interactive, Fundtech, and ECI Telecom, where they held various financial and business development positions.

Achinoam Salomon, MBA completed a BA in Economy & Business Administration at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1995 to 1997. Achinoam then pursued an MBA in Marketing & Technology Management at Tel Aviv University from 1998 to 1999. In 2005 to 2006, they obtained an MA degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
