Monica Goia has a extensive work experience in the textile and apparel industry. Monica began their career at SC Somesul SA as a Quality Chief from 1997 to 1999. Monica then moved on to Fortrans SA as a Production Manager from 1999 to 2000. Monica joined Arte Arad Textila next, where they worked as a Production Manager from 2000 to 2003, and then as a Quality Assurance - Technical Manager from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they briefly worked at Salem Komsan as a Technical Manager in 2007. Monica then joined Daily Dress in 2008 as a Quality Assurance - Technical Manager. In 2009, they became a Senior Apparel Consultant at the Textile and Apparel Organization until 2011. Monica's next role was at NatureTex, where they worked as a Research and Development Project Manager from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they are working at Delta Galil Industries as the Quality Assurance Development Director.
Monica Goia obtained a Diploma in Math and Physics from Physics and Mathematics Liceum, Romania, from 1988 to 1991. Monica then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile and Garment Manufacturing Technology from Technical University Gh. Asachi from Iasi, Romania, from 1992 to 1997.
