Vicki Golden

Vicki Golden has been a research specialist at Delta Group since August 2018. Prior to that, they served as president of Southfield Youth Assistance from June 2017 to August 2018. In that role, they obtained financial contributions to sponsor the premier Annual Youth Recognition Conference, created a new Microsoft Technology collaboration network, and managed conflict Bullying Program serving over 300 students. From March 2016 to November 2018, Vicki was a senior trainer/instructional designer/IT project consultant at Detroit Public Schools Community District. In that role, they designed, developed, and implemented the district-wide Microsoft Technology Classroom Readiness (MTCR) Initiative that provided Microsoft training and competency completion certifications for various subject matter courses such as: Office 365, Outlook, Staff and Student Notebook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Skype for two rounds of certifications. Vicki also co-managed the successful Blackboard roll-out of a $1.5 Million website and mass notification restructure initiative including 508 accessibility training to meet compliance requirements.

Vicki Golden has a PhD in Organizational Studies from Wayne State University. Her focus is on Performance and Instructional Technology, E-Learning, and Learning Design. Vicki also has an Education Specialist Certification from Wayne State University in Instructional Design and Performance Improvement Technology. Vicki has a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University in International Administration as well as a Master of Arts from Central Michigan University in Corporate Training with a focus on Adult Learning. Vicki's undergraduate degree is in Marketing from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business. Vicki also has an Associate's Degree in General Business from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Vicki is certified by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
