Delta Health Center was established in 1965 and is the oldest Federally Qualified Health Center in the United States and is the birthplace of the nation’s community health center movement. Its mission is to provide comprehensive, high quality, preventive and primary healthcare and other enabling services in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner, regardless of ability to pay.
