Bob Bietz

Bob Bietz has over 35 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Bob is currently the Vice President of Operations at Delta Material Services (DMS), a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Delta Airlines from 2008 to 2016, where they held various managerial roles such as Manager of Quality Control and Manager of Inspection Programs.

Before joining Delta Airlines, Bob worked at Northwest Airlines for 20 years, from 1988 to 2008. During their time at Northwest Airlines, they held positions such as Manager of Used Aircraft Transactions, Manager of 747 Base Maintenance, and Mechanic of 747 Maintenance.

Bob's career in aviation began in 1981 when they served in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief and Maintenance Instructor for the B707 (EC/KC-135) aircraft. Bob held this role until 1988.
