Ashlei Rivera

Ashlei Rivera, M.S., currently serves as an Undergraduate Career Advisor at Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management while also functioning as the House Director at Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters. With extensive experience in recruitment and event management, Ashlei previously held the position of Associate Recruiter at The Walt Disney Company, where over 500 candidates were interviewed for the Disney College Program. Ashlei's background includes managing significant budgets and on-campus engagement as the Bartleby Brand Ambassador Program Coordinator at Barnes & Noble Education, along with various leadership roles at Hofstra University that involved crisis management and community development. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, both obtained from Hofstra University.
