Gabrielle Centrone Perez

Gabrielle Centrone Perez, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters since September 2015, focusing on staff retention through career pathing and competency-driven development. Gabrielle oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring robust staff development. Previously, Gabrielle held roles as the Director of Global Engagement and Coordinator of Communications and Events, where responsibilities included the growth of alumnae programming and the execution of communications and events. Prior experience includes serving as Special Events Coordinator for Cherry Hill Township and as a Special Events Intern at Fort Mifflin on the Delaware. Gabrielle earned a BA in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2011.
