Laxmikanth KH has extensive experience in the sales and marketing field, primarily focusing on power electronics. laxmikanth started their career as a Customer Support Engineer at Electronics and controls power systems pvt limited in 1995. laxmikanth then joined Hi-Rel Electronics Pvt Ltd. as an Engineer Customer Support in 1996, and later became a Senior Engineer Sales and Marketing from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they joined DB Power Electronics (P) Ltd. as an Assistant Manager Business Development. laxmikanth then moved to Hi-Rel Electronics Pvt Ltd. again in 2010 as a Manager Sales and Marketing. In 2013, they joined Hitachi Hi-Rel Power Electronics as a Sr Manager Sales and Marketing, and later became a Dy General Manager-Sales & Marketing from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Delta Electronics India since September 2017.

Laxmikanth KH attended Sanjay Gandhi Polytechnic from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a DECE degree in Electronics. Prior to that, they studied at Government High School Kargal from 1982 to 1986. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their high school education.
