James Martin

James Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership across various industries. As the Owner and President of IDAK Communications since January 2019, Martin has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while also serving as a Project Manager and Technical Lead at Delta Electronics (Americas) since July 2017. Additionally, Martin is a Licensed Realtor with The Maricopa Real Estate Company and operates IDAK Woodworks. Previous roles include Technical Lead at Strategic Direct Solutions, Local Manager at Frontier Communications, and multiple positions at GCI General Communication, Inc., including Supervisor Implementation Services and Project Manager II. Martin began the professional journey as a Lead Installer with TEKsystems in 2002 and has held progressively responsible roles in telecommunications and engineering ever since.
