Stephanie Lin

Stephanie Lin is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in performance management and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist focused on Talent Development at Delta Electronics Americas since January 2023, Stephanie previously held a similar role at Delta Electronics from November 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading performance and promotion policy management. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at PTI Group from September 2013 to September 2018, where Stephanie successfully managed full cycle performance management programs and led recruitment efforts. Stephanie began professional development in human resources as an intern at BenQ Materials Corp in 2012, after earning a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from National Changhua University of Education in 2013.
